Teacher Profile
Sarah Kam :
Sarah embarked on her yoga journey in 2013 in the pursuit of inner peace and calm. After her first teacher training programme with Paktrick Creelman in 2013, yoga transformed into a lifelong journey of teaching and sharing. Sarah likes that yoga is not a competition with others, but rather a competition within oneself. It is through consistent practice, hard work, patience and most importantly, the ‘can-do’ attitude that helps one to grow and become a better yoga practitioner.
In 2017 Sarah established Hikari Yoga studio. ‘Hikari’ is Japanese, meaning ‘Light’ in english. Sarah believes that yoga is a light, transforming her life path.
"Yoga can transform our lives and help us live in harmony with the world around us. " - B.K.S. Iyengar
In additional to foundational teaching training, Sarah also explores into pre and postnatal, Children’s, infant massage and prenatal women massage teacher trainings.
