Class Booking

 

Classes can be made up to 7 days in advance of the class date.  Reservation will be closed 1 hour before the start of class.

 

No booking can be made if class credits are used up.  Please notify us for buying a new package and we will add credits to your account once payment is confirmed.

 

Hikari Yoga reserves the right of changing instructors due to internal reasons without any prior notice.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation has to be made at least 12 hours before class.  

 

Late cancel / no show will deduct respective class credits from package.  

 

For unlimited package, the validity will be deducted on a day-by-day basis if there are more than two late cancel / no show.

 

Suspension & Extension Policy

 

Pregnancy suspension is accepted starting from 36 weeks for 12 weeks suspension.  Suspension other than pregnancy will be charged HK$150 per suspension and re-activation of Class/Monthly Packages.

 

Unused class credits can only be rolled over by purchasing another credits package on or before expiry date.

 

Waiting List

 

If the class is full at the moment, click 'waitlist' and you will receive an email to confirm your seat if someone cancels.  Please remember to check your email from time to time to see if you were added to this class due to withdrawal.

 

Class Etiquettes

 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class.  All classes start on time and you will not be allowed in 5 minutes after class starts.

 

Please keep silent, do not eat and wear shoes in studio to maintain a relaxing environment for yoga.  Also, make sure your mobile phones and other electronic devices are switched off or turned into silent mode.

 

 

Inclement weather arrangement– Typhoon & Black Rain

 

If Typhoon T8 signal or above/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is or going to be hoisted, classes will be cancelled without deducting the package.
